Expert witness opinions
We prepare professional expert reports and opinions on finance and accounting — commissioned by courts and the relevant authorities, as well as private (out-of-court) opinions.
We specialise in
- accounting and finance — including the keeping of books of account and tax records, and reporting under the Polish Accounting Act and IAS/IFRS,
- the accounting aspects of commercial law,
- the accounting and reporting of non-governmental organisations,
- assessing the economic effectiveness of insolvency and recovery plans,
- analysing when the obligation to file for bankruptcy arose,
- economic crime,
- analysing actions to the detriment of companies.
Who prepares the opinions? The work is led by
Dr Jacek Kalinowski — a court-appointed expert
witness in accounting and taxation, PhD in economics, and expert of the Polish Accounting
Standards Committee.
