Purposes and legal bases of processing

• Contact form — the data provided in the form (name, e-mail, phone, message content) is processed for the purpose of handling the enquiry (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• Spreadsheet order — the buyer's data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling and settling the order (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).

Recipients and retention period

The data is not shared with third parties other than our hosting and e-mail provider. We keep it for as long as necessary to handle the matter, and in the case of orders — for the period required by accounting and tax regulations.

Data subjects' rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectify or erase it, to restrict its processing, to data portability, to object, and to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
